Things To Be Kept In Mind For SSC CHSL Preparation

The Staff Selection has announced the exam dates for SSC CHSL Tier 1 2023 that is going to be held from 9th March to 21st March and the board has now released the admit card for SSC CHSL Tier 1 examination.

Here we have listed some of the things that need to be kept in mind while preparing for SSC CHSL Tier 1.

KNOW THE EXAM PATTERN & MARKING SCHEME
Knowing the exam pattern and Marking scheme of the paper is the biggest step taken before planning to study for the paper. You must be aware with the Pattern of the Exam, Marking scheme, Question Types, cut offs and have a complete or full information  regarding the paper.
So, as per the changed SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2023, there will be two different phases, which a candidate is required to clear in order to get selected for various posts in Government offices.

TRICKS AND TIPS TO PREPARE FOR SSC CHSL
  1. Must read the newspaper daily, cover the most important events happened previously, browse through Annual and half yearly magazines.
  2. Go through important news and latest current affairs on a day-to-day basis.
  3. Attempt one full mock test from expert SSC CHSL Test Series daily to analyze your progress.
  4. Prepare well with specific Static GK books and magazines.
  5. By heart the basic Mathematical concepts and formulae of square root, cube root, decimal to percentage, etc.
  6. Take good help of Essay Writing and Letter Writing formats and expert suggestions to score good in SSC CHSL Tier-II.
  7. Try to focus more on easier topics like Idioms & Phrases, One-word Substitution, Synonyms/Antonyms, etc. to score better.
  8. Keep practicing Puzzles and Number Series reasoning questions and note the systematic methods to solve in half the time.
  9. Practice all sections and sub-topics in a strategic timetable so you don’t leave out any portion at all
TRACK YOUR PREPARATION LEVEL

It is time to bring on the action to all theories you have read with Previous years’ questions and practice sets. Prepare yourself with good number of questions  that not only give you the insight to the exam pattern, but also help you to keep track of your preparedness.
